Processing & Lead Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. For custom or bulk manufacturing orders, lead times will be confirmed individually at the time of order.

Domestic Shipping (Poland)

We ship to all addresses within Poland. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping (European Union & Beyond)

We ship across the European Union and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination:

• EU countries: 3–7 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Freight & Large Orders

For large or heavy orders requiring freight shipping, we will contact you directly to arrange the most suitable and cost-effective delivery method.

Customs & Import Duties

For shipments outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
